Feel Good Friday – Help For Beating The Winter Blues

This week for Feel Good Friday we are talking about the winter blues. Winter here in Canada (especially with COVID) can be tough.
If you’re feeling like your mood drops with the temperature, you’re not the only one. Things like getting outside during the day and keeping a normal sleep schedule can help you cope with the winter blues. But, don’t forget to give yourself a pat on the back and remind yourself that you are doing great. Battling low moods is not easy, and we must be kind to ourselves. Remember to have regular check-ins with yourself and spend that extra time of self-care this winter, if you need to.
