“It’s hot out there! For this week’s Feel Good Friday we are talking about HYDRATION! We’ve all been told how good water is for our physical health, but did you know that it also impacts our #mentalhealth!? Water has been shown to have natural calming properties and drinking enough water is an important self-care tip for taking care of your mental health. Studies have shown that those who drink a sufficient amount of water daily were more likely to be mentally healthy and happy! Hydration and drinking water can impact our overall mood and can help us stay calmer! So drink up!”
