Where Are You On This?

Butter or Margarine? I actually love & use both! The evolution of margarine made it an easy add; but maybe I’m wrong.

I buy Olive Oil margarine. I also buy butter; knowing that it’s not  concocted in a lab. It’s the epitome of Nature.

Years ago, I took  what I thought were “bad fats” out of  the family diet…we never used salt, so the kids never missed it.  But things change and some times a little salt shake transforms the meal.

So Margarine or Butter? Is it always better with butter?
