MARCH BREAK LOOKS QUITE A BIT DIFFERENT THIS YEAR DOESN’T IT?

I had an extra long weekend this past weekend, because before the severity of COVID-19 was spelled out, I took a vacation day to be at home with my youngest for at least one day of March Break.

As it turned out, I had all 3 of my kids home….our eldest came home on the train Friday night…it was a planned visit, not in response to COVID-19 and it was kind of funny that my son after hearing the what the university was implementing actually got home before her, even though they go to the same uni….his mid term on Saturday was cancelled so he and another Mech ENG student hopped in the car and came home….to say the house went form zero to 60 would be an understatement. And sure, these a changing times, uncharted territory…but the silver lining is the family time we get to spend…it was multiple games of UNO & MONOPOLY and a house full of laughs….Find your Silver Lining….and wait it out.
