This week for Feel Good Friday, it’s all about Self-Compassion.

Self-compassion is something we can all learn and should put our money where our mouth is and do it throughout our day. Self-compassion helps us to be understanding, non-judgemental and kind. It’s about acknowledging, honoring and respecting your humanness –EVERYONE makes mistakes and things don’t always go  the way we want, even with the best laid plan!

Champion yourself and create boundaries which protect you, psychology today says make sure you sleep and eat well, protect your boundaries by not allowing yourself to be persuaded by others that you’re just not comfortable with…Be Good to you!

– If you’re having a hard time, struggling, the bravest thing you can do, is to just ask for help. It’s so much better to ask for help than to suffer in silence, which can often make things worse and is much less easy to crawl back from. There’s a lot of help out there; google, help lines, family, friends—just ask. Be Gentle To You!

– Embrace your differences and those of the people around you,: family, friends, coworkers; our differences are our  strengths. Being different is an amazing thing. It brings a new way of looking at something, fresh perspective &  a new way of tackling problems. Be the unique person you are!
