Can you ​ try & ​make 2022 your best year ever? Here​’s five ​pieces of advice​ from Everyday Happy​…

1. ​Jost those goals​ down on paper. ​Write out your top three goals for ​2022.  Decide what’s most important and ​just ​write it down.

2. ​Write down three ​things you can do to achieve something for each goal. ​Is it a class, a new program or maybe hire a coach, or join a networking group.

3.Book yourself Me-time each week. ​We need to stay on track to reach goal​s. Book yourself time each week to​ go over your goals. ​And even if it’s a baby step, pat yourself on the back if  you’ve made progress.​​Remember, nothing is set in stone, those goals are allowed to change…

4. Let go of your hangups. ​Just say goodbye to unproductive habits​ ​or negative self-talk​…I’m terrible for that…so I’m choosing to be kinder to myself….​.

5. Stay ​Positive—Maintain the Upbeat!!.​There will be setbacks​; a good life doesn’t have to be perfect.​ ​You’re stronger than you think you are…​So be kind & patient with yourself​. I know 2022 has great things in store for you and me!
