The FOX FREE FOR ALL Contest Runs Sept 8th -Oct 10th.
You must be 19 years of age or older to enter/win this contest. You must be a resident of Canada and reside in the CFGX Canadian Broadcast Area (Lambton/Kent County)
You can only qualify once for the draw. Once you are in the draw, you do not need to continue attempting to get in the draw.
The draw is Wednesday Oct 15th at the Boston Pizza inside the 4 Points by Sheraton Hotel, 1498 Venetian Blvd.
You are not eligible for this contest if at any point during this time you are an employee, representative, immediate family member or agent of Blackburn Media Inc.
There are two ways to qualify for this contest.
CUE TO TEXT:
The CUE TO TEXT will happen weekdays Sept 8th- Oct 10th at 7:20am and 4:20pm*, excluding Sept 30th the National Day for Truth and Reconcilliation. *times approximate
When you hear the CUE to TEXT, you will need to text the KEYWORD announced by the announcer along with your first and last name to the A1 Security Textline – 519-464-1999.
Only ONE text per CUE to TEXT will be entered.
The 99th texter will be selected to be in the LIVE Elimination draw Oct 15th and recieve a text clearly indicating that they are in the draw and they may be asked to join the announcer Live on the radio for a quick chat.
The CUE TO TEXT can also happen at any time during the Contest Dates, you will need to text the KEYWORD announced by the announcer along with your first and last name to the A1 Security Textline – 519-464-1999. The 99th texter will also be selected and notified as per above.
ONLINE ENTRY:
Listen to 99.9 the FOX for a Keyword at 8:20am and 1:20pm and 520pm* Saturdays and Sundays. *times approximate
Sept 13th, 14th, 20th, 21st, 27th, 28th Oct 4th and Oct 5th
It is one entry per email per day.
THE PRIZE
The winner will choose up to 4 Sponsors at which to spend $7000 at.
- This Prize has NO CASH VALUE and will be received by the winner by way of gift cards/tab/vouchers. None of the prizes are transferable or convertible to cash and each must be accepted as awarded. The prizes may not be sold to, bartered with or purchased by a third party.
- The winner will be required to produce a government issued photo ID as proof of identity, age and residency when they claim their prize at each sponsor.
- The winner must select which sponsors they will be spending their prize with and initiate contact with them within 30 days of winning.
- It is further understood that there are certain terms and conditions associated with such prizes that the winner agrees to comply with. Should your purchase exceed what you have chosen to spend at any Sponsor, including tax and installation, the additional amount is at the expense of the winner.
- There may be certain terms and conditions associated with the redeeming of a certain prize at the discretion of a certain sponsor that the winner agrees to comply with.
- Release of Information Participation constitutes permission for 99.9 the FOX (CFGX), Blackburn Media Inc and all Sponsors of the FOX FALL FREE FOR ALL 2025, to use the winner’s photo, name, likeness, voice and sobriquet for the purpose of advertising or promotion.
- Attempt at entry implies acceptance of these rules. Any disputes to be handled by Sarah Woodley, Program Manager, 99.9 The Fox and decisions are final.
Fox Fall Free For All Draw
Wed Oct 15th at Boston Pizza, inside the 4 Points By Sheraton (1498 Venetian Blvd)
Time: 5-7pm
If you are one of the 80 FOX Listeners in the Draw.
- You (or a representative) must be there to physically put your name in the draw and still be there if your name is drawn as the winner.
- Doors open at 5pm, and all qualifiers must be there by 6pm.
- If you cannot attend, you must notify us by email (swoodley@blackburnmedia.ca) by 12pm Wednesday Oct 15th with the name and phone number of who will be there to represent you. NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE AFTER THIS TIME. If you cannot be there or arrange for a representative you will forfeit your spot in the draw.
- It is an elimination draw, that will begin at 6:15pm. THE FINAL NAME DRAWN is the winner.
- You/or your representative must present a Valid ID to get your Ballot.
- You/or your representative can bring one guest with you to the event.
- There will be food and beverages available for sale.
