Mike Weir’s Chip-In Challenge For Mental Health

Mike Weir and his Foundation are partnering with Sarnia/Lambton with the goal of providing an Access Open Minds mental health facility to serve our community. This service would provide increased opportunities to better support mental health initiatives.

Together, we have an opportunity to make a transformation in the way that mental health and addiction care is provided the youth in the Sarnia-Lambton community. Bluewater Health, in partnership with Canadian Mental Health Association Lambton Kent and St. Clair Child and Youth Services, is committed to the design and implementation of an ACCESS Open Minds site for Sarnia-Lambton.

This community-based, collaborative model will transform how existing services are delivered, resulting in improved access and engagement for youth and families seeking mental health and addictions care!
