Try to find ways to incorporate laughter into your day, whether you connect with friends or family and re-live funny memories, watch a funny movie or a comedy show! Laughter is the best medicine.&#8221;<\/em><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>What makes you laugh?<\/p>\n<p>When is the last time you had a really good full on belly laugh?<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s hard to laugh when you feel stressed out and unsure.\u00a0 It&#8217;s hard to laugh when things are uncertain and you don&#8217;t feel prepared.\u00a0 \u00a0These last few months have been challenging.\u00a0 \u00a0But it&#8217;s so important to find things to do that make you feel GOOD through all of the other stuff and laughter is free for the taking.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I laugh at myself constantly.\u00a0 I laugh when I look in the mirror.\u00a0 (smile)\u00a0\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-11019 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.briwebapp.net\/2020\/09\/5762a968-laugh-at-yourself.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I laugh when I screw things up.\u00a0 I laugh when I look at my bank balance (smile)<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;If you&#8217;re not laughing, you&#8217;re crying.&#8221;\u00a0 Someone said it.\u00a0 I don&#8217;t know who.\u00a0 But sometimes, it&#8217;s so true.<\/p>\n<p>Sometimes you laugh, til you cry.\u00a0 Those are the best.\u00a0 The ones where you laugh so hard you can&#8217;t catch your breath.\u00a0 Or you don&#8217;t make a sound.
