If you were close enough, you probably heard my screams.\u00a0 Anybody else super excited about a new Downton Abbey movie?\u00a0 \u00a0Because I am.\u00a0 I loved the series – watched it twice.\u00a0 Went to see the movie in the theatre by MYSELF and it was glorious.\u00a0 \u00a0And just when I thought I couldn’t get any more Downton Abbey<\/a> in my life or think I needed more – there is ANOTHER MOVIE!<\/p>\n

I love the world of the Crawleys.\u00a0 \u00a0Such a different way of life.\u00a0 Money, proper dress attire and manners.\u00a0 \u00a0Position.\u00a0 \u00a0A name.\u00a0 All take on such a new meaning.\u00a0 One of my favourite shows ever.<\/p>\n

This time there are a few secrets, and a little vacation get away planned in France.\u00a0 Pretty much everybody is back except for “Matthew”.<\/p>\n

“Years ago, before you were born, I met a man\u2026 And now I\u2019ve come into possession of a villa in the South of France.\u201d\u00a0 Oh!\u00a0 Didn’t expect that coming from the Countess (played by Maggie Smith)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

As my kids might say “sounds scandalous!”\u00a0 (smile).\u00a0 I am super excited for this and may have to rewatch the series and the first movie just to prepare.\u00a0 There’s lots of time.\u00a0 Downton Abbey: A New Era\u201d opens in theatres March 18, 2022.<\/p>\n
