Don&#8217;t watch &#8220;Tidying Up With Marie Kondo&#8221;.\u00a0 I am just warning you now.<\/p>\n<p>Marie Kondo and her Kondo-inspired organizing method is taking over the world.\u00a0 OK &#8211; maybe that seems more dramatic, but it makes for a more interesting read.<\/p>\n<p>Marie Kondo changed lives everywhere with her book of organization years ago, but now she is taking over Netflix with her hit show &#8220;Tidying Up With Marie Kondo&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Donations are up at thrift stores everywhere as people go through their &#8220;stuff&#8221; trying to find and keep only the items that &#8220;spark joy&#8221;. The rest are tossed, after making peace with them and giving proper thanks.<\/p>\n<p>I will admit I attempted it. I guess for now everything I own brings me joy.\u00a0 The whole idea of going through our whole house seems exhausting to even attempt.<\/p>\n<p>Not everyone is embracing the trend. Penn Holderness (of the Holderness Family fame) created this fun music video to share his frustrations after his wife gives in to the obsession.<\/p>\n<p>Have you tried it?
