I for one, am more excited than I expected.\u00a0 Camp Rock – the first two movies – were introduced to me by my oldest daughter.\u00a0 She watched them over and over and I really loved them.\u00a0 I loved the idea of it.\u00a0 The girl working in the kitchen, part of the staff at this Camp Rock, the one nobody notices turns out to be the one that steals the show and wins the guy.\u00a0 It was my first introduction to the Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato who I had seen in other Disney shows.<\/p>\n
What do we know?<\/p>\n
Four people have been confirmed to come back to their original Camp Rock roles.\u00a0 Joe Jonas as Shane Gray.\u00a0 \u00a0Kevin Jonas as Jason Gray.\u00a0 Nick Jonas as Nate Gray.\u00a0 And\u00a0Maria Canals-Barrera as Connie Torres, Mitchie’s mom.\u00a0 Mitchie was the character played by Demi Lovato.\u00a0 We’re still not sure if she will be IN the new movie but she will be one of the executive producers of the film, alongside the Jonas brothers.\u00a0 I mean, how can we have Camp Rock 3 with the Jonas brothers but no Demi Lovato?\u00a0 We loved her character.\u00a0 Mitchie HAS to be back. She just has to.<\/p>\n
And yes, there are new people joining the cast.\u00a0 Eight newcomers.<\/p>\n
So many questions.\u00a0 Like, what is this movie going to be about and how are the characters going to fit in?\u00a0 According to Disney:\u00a0\u00a0\u201cThe story picks up when Connect 3 lose their opening act for a major reunion tour, returning to their beloved Camp Rock to discover the next big thing.
