If you have ever lost someone close to you, someone that you loved – you know the pain of grief. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
And there is comfort in being able to share that grief with people who understand. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
That’s the hardest part about going through something so tragic. You feel alone in the pain. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I came across this today, I knew I had to share it with you in case you know the feeling. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Greiving is hard and it never truly ends. We learn to live with it but it’s always there and when you connect with someone, even listening to a conversation, you feel connected on a deeper level. You feel understood. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sending love to all who are hurting. You are not alone. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I lost my mom, brother and sister in a car accident in July of 1990. I miss them everyday and still get incredibly sad some days, as if it just happened. And I still get really mad at what we lost, and have continued to lose over the years because someone drove through a stop sign. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Share your stories. Keep talking about those you miss. It helps you but it helps all of us who just want to feel understood and heard. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
