I never knew the Beatles growing up, other than the records my mom played in the living room.\u00a0 My parents had a huge record collection, which I never truly appreciated til I was older. But we would have dance parties.\u00a0 The records would play, and we would dance.<\/p>\n
Some of those records that stuck with me were of the Beatles. I remember Twist and Shout the most. It led to a love of music, and a great appreciation for the Beatles, and solo members down the road.<\/p>\n
There is something about the music of the Beatles, and this song, written by George Harrison is no exception.\u00a0 I confess I have a fascination with John Lennon.\u00a0 A life cut short.\u00a0 Such talent. Such a messy life.<\/p>\n
Paul McCartney is still making music all these years later, and still easy to have a crush on. (smile).<\/p>\n
In celebration of the 50th anniversary of the release of Abbey Road –\u00a0The Beatles have released this\u00a0 feel good, new video, for “Hear Comes the Sun” and I had to share it.\u00a0 It’s one of those positive, uplifting, feel good songs.<\/p>\n
This is extra special. They’ve taken pictures of the band, from their time recording in studio, and mixed it with the music.\u00a0 It’s a glimpse into what was.\u00a0 And it’s done beautifully.<\/p>\n
