{"id":5803,"date":"2019-10-17T14:06:59","date_gmt":"2019-10-17T18:06:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/briwebapp.net\/cfgxfm\/?p=5803"},"modified":"2019-10-17T16:59:49","modified_gmt":"2019-10-17T20:59:49","slug":"5803","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/briwebapp.net\/cfgxfm\/blogs\/afternoons\/2019\/10\/5803\/","title":{"rendered":"We Just Got A Taste Of Jagged Little Pill &#8211; The Musical"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Here&#8217;s a glimpse into what Alanis Morissette sounds like as a broadway musical.<\/p>\n<p>Jagged Little Pill, a musical inspired by Alanis Morissette&#8217;s 1995 album, is set to make its Broadway debut in New York City on Nov. 3, and today, we are getting a glimpse into what it will be like.<\/p>\n<p>The musical tells the story of the Healys, an upper-middle class family whose &#8220;picture-perfect&#8221; image turns out to be just that: an image.<\/p>\n<p>In this video, cast members Celia Rose Gooding and Antonio Cipriano perform a revamped duet of &#8220;Head Over Feet.&#8221;\u00a0 And it&#8217;s pretty good.\u00a0 The clip shows them dancing, as if they are right on the edge of falling in love.\u00a0 Alanis explained to Rolling Stone &#8220;It&#8217;s about feeling this resistance to falling for someone. Some people enter relationships a little more apprehensive than others.
