I made the soup then added the Quinoa when I served it since it was already cooked!!<\/p>\n<p>1 Onion, chopped<\/p>\n<p>1 Carrot, chopped<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 Cabbage, Chopped<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup Cauliflower, chopped<\/p>\n<p>1TBSp Panch Phoran\u00a0 (an Idian Spice blend, don&#8217;t have it? Use Curry Powder)<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp Coconut Oil<\/p>\n<p>1 can Chickpeas, rinsed<\/p>\n<p>1 Carton Chicken Broth, use Veg broth to make it Vegan<\/p>\n<p>1 can Coconut Milk<\/p>\n<p>2 cups of cooked Quinoa<\/p>\n<p>Salt to taste<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Saute veg, panch phoran in Coconut Oil, add broth, coconut milk and chickpeas.<\/p>\n<p>Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer covered for 1\/2 an hour!!<\/p>\n<p>Serve over Quinoa, as much or as little as you want!!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"I made some Quinoa the other day and was thinking about how I was going to use it&#8230;a salad? like porridge for breakfast?\u00a0 Then SOUP came to mind.
