I actually love &amp; use both! The evolution of margarine made it an easy add; but maybe I&#8217;m wrong.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>I buy Olive Oil margarine. I also buy butter; knowing that it&#8217;s not\u00a0 concocted in a lab. It&#8217;s the epitome of Nature.<\/p>\n<p>Years ago, I took\u00a0 what I thought were &#8220;bad fats&#8221; out of\u00a0 the family diet&#8230;we never used salt, so the kids never missed it.\u00a0 But things change and some times a little salt shake transforms the meal.<\/p>\n<p>So Margarine or Butter?
