It was a stay in pj’s all day Sunday, eating chocolate, and binge-watching Hoarders.\u00a0 \u00a0OK, maybe not PJ’s ALL day.\u00a0 My 17 year old forced me to get up and go on an “adventure”.\u00a0 By adventure, we mean a trip through the trails at Canatara. We are so lucky to have beautiful trails in our community.\u00a0 And taking a break, and walking through the trails was just the break I needed.\u00a0\u00a0I reached a level of frustration this weekend.\u00a0 Line ups, masks, plastic walls.\u00a0 A bit of normal back – with some stores opening their doors – but to see empty parking lots in Canatara Park, empty beaches, and no cars or fry trucks under the Bluewater Bridges – is just a reminder of all that we are missing and longing for.<\/p>\n

Taking care of yourself is super important.\u00a0 Maybe now more than ever.<\/p>\n
