You might be noticing your social media feed has changed today.\u00a0 Instead of the usual selfies, food pics, and funny memes that we’re used to, we’re seeing black squares.<\/p>\n

It’s a movement that started in the music industry – as a day to stop<\/em> and reflect on what is happening in the world<\/em>– so instead of posting, today, on this #blackouttuesday -reflect on what\u2019s going on and listen to the voices of people being affected.<\/p>\n

I saw a post with the caption \u201cI understand that I will never understand. But I\u2019ll stand for you.”<\/em> That sums it up for me.\u00a0 I don’t understand.\u00a0 But I will support and stand for you.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s been heartbreaking to watch. The world is broken. People are broken and hurting.<\/p>\n

I always believe we can be the difference makers. It starts with us as individuals. It\u2019s how we treat each other that counts. Kindness, compassion and love. For all.<\/p>\n
