workplace requirements and face coverings)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Events and social gatherings (for example, barbeques):\n<ul>\n<li>10 people indoors<\/li>\n<li>25 people outdoors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Organized public events and gatherings:\n<ul>\n<li>50 people indoors<\/li>\n<li>100 people outdoors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Religious services, weddings and funerals:\n<ul>\n<li>30% capacity indoors<\/li>\n<li>100 people outdoors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Requirement for workplace screening<\/li>\n<li>Face coverings required in:\n<ul>\n<li>indoor workplaces<\/li>\n<li>indoor public spaces, with\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ontario.ca\/page\/face-coverings-and-face-masks#section-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">limited exemptions<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Where patrons without face coverings are within two metres of workers, workers much use additional protections such as eye protection<\/li>\n<li>Workplaces must develop and implement a communication\/public education plan (highlighting risk)<\/li>\n<li>Physical distancing must be maintained<\/li>\n<li>Non-essential travel from areas of high-transmission to areas of low transmission should be avoided<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Restaurants, bars and other food and drink establishments<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>50 person indoor seated capacity limit<\/li>\n<li>Require patrons to be seated; 2 metre minimum between tables<\/li>\n<li>Dancing, singing and performing music is permitted, with restrictions<\/li>\n<li>Karaoke permitted, with restrictions (including no private rooms)<\/li>\n<li>Require patron contact info (one per party)<\/li>\n<li>No buffet style service<\/li>\n<li>Night clubs only permitted to operate as restaurant or recreational fitness spaces or programs (not pools, rinks at arenas, community centres, and multi-purpose facilities)<\/li>\n<li>No spectators permitted (exemption for parent and guardian supervision of children)<\/li>\n<li>Team or individual sports must be modified to avoid physical contact; 50 people per league<\/li>\n<li>Exemption for high performance athletes and parasports<\/li>\n<li>Limit duration of stay to 90 minutes except if engaging in sport<\/li>\n<li>Limit volume of music to conversation level and prevent shouting by both instructors and members of the public<\/li>\n<li>Face coverings required except when exercising<\/li>\n<li>Increase spacing between patrons to 3 metres for areas of a sport or recreational facility where there are weights or weight machines and exercise and fitness classes<\/li>\n<li>Require contact information for all patrons and attendance for team sports<\/li>\n<li>Require reservation for entry; one reservation for teams<\/li>\n<li>Require screening of members of the public, including spectators (for example, questionnaire)<\/li>\n<li>A\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ontario.ca\/page\/develop-your-covid-19-workplace-safety-plan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">safety plan<\/a>\u00a0must be available upon request<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Meeting and event spaces<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Maximum of 50 people per facility (revoke capacity limit on a per room basis as per\u00a0<abbr title=\"Office of the Chief Medical Officer of Health\">OCMOH<\/abbr>\u00a0plan)<\/li>\n<li>Booking multiple rooms for the same event not permitted<\/li>\n<li>Limit operating hours, establishments must close at 10 p.m.<\/li>\n<li>Liquor sold or served only between 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.<\/li>\n<li>No consumption of liquor permitted between 10 p.m. to 9 a.m.<\/li>\n<li>Require contact information for all seated patrons<\/li>\n<li>Limit of 4 people may be seated together<\/li>\n<li>Limit volume of music (to be no louder than the request<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Retail<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Stores must have passive screening for patrons (for example, posting signs outside the store front about not entering if you have COVID-19covid 19 symptoms)<\/li>\n<li>This does not apply to indoor malls, which will have to do screening in accordance with instructions by the Office of the Chief Medical Officer of Health<\/li>\n<li>A safety plan is required to be prepared and made available upon request<\/li>\n<li>Fitting rooms must be limited to non-adjacent stalls<\/li>\n<li>Line-ups and patrons congregating outside venues managed by venue; 2 metre distance and face covering required<\/li>\n<li>Limit volume of music (to be no louder than the volume of a normal conversation)<\/li>\n<li>Consider limiting capacity in retail stores and in shopping malls in winter<\/li>\n<li>For malls:\n<ul>\n<li>Require screening of patrons at mall entrances (for example, questionnaire)<\/li>\n<li>a\u00a0<a plexiglass or some other impermeable barrier<\/li>\n<li>Rehearsal or performing a recorded or broadcasted event permitted<\/li>\n<li>Performers and employees must maintain 2 metre physical distance except for purposes of the performance<\/li>\n<li>Drive-in performances permitted<\/li>\n<li>Liquor sold or served only between 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.<\/li>\n<li>No consumption of liquor permitted between
