Best Moments From CMA Fest TV Special
June 27, 2024 8:45 amThe CMA fest took place in downtown Nashville from June 6th – June 9th, and it featured hundreds of artists on several stages all over town.
In addition to that, behind the scenes they were filming a CMA Fest Special that just aired on Tuesday night.
So, if you missed the festivities in person, or weren’t able to catch everything, the TV special on ABC, hosted by Jelly Roll and Ashley McBryde, had all the highlights.
Here are the best moments from the broadcast special…
1. Post Malone and Blake Shelton joined up for the debut live performance of “Pour Me a Drink”.
2. Lainey Wilson dominated the three-hour special with FOUR performances.
3. Big & Rich celebrated the 20th anniversary of “Save a Horse (Ride a Cowboy)” by joining Hardy for an epic collaboration.
4. Gretchen Wilson and Ashley McBryde teamed up for an incredible rendition of “Redneck Woman”. This song is also celebrating its 20th anniversary.
5. Shaboozey had all of Nissan Stadium singing along to his smash hit “Tipsy”.
6. Jon Pardi surprised everyone by bringing out Country legend Clint Black for an awesome performance of “Killing Time”.
