Garth Brooks Offers Encouragement
June 3, 2020 5:28 amGarth Brooks addressed current events during his weekly Inside Studio G series on Facebook earlier this week.
He shared a story of encouragement that he first experienced with his wife, Trisha Yearwood, while she was feeling disheartened by the chain of events this weekend.
“She was saying out loud that she feels like the whole world is burning. And so I took her outside. We’re lucky enough to live in a place that’s kind of elevated and you can see around. And I take her – I said, ‘The world isn’t burning. And the reason why the world isn’t burning is because there’s a lot more people that believe in loving one another than they believe in burning the world.’ So just believe that the person next to you is a good person. We’ll get through this.”
Garth is expected to release his new studio album, FUN!, sometime this year.
