In a recent interview with “People”, Kelsea Ballerini talked about what she does to stay centred on days when life’s coming down hard and she’s feeling insecure.

She’ll do a workout to feel strong, or write a song that makes her feel empowered.

“I think having those things for each person is super important to find.”
