Brett Young Christmas Special Airs Tonight
December 8, 2021 5:53 amBrett Young is taking his new holiday album, Brett Young & Friends Sing the Christmas Classics, to television on Wednesday, December 8th with the premiere of CMT Crossroads Christmas: Brett Young & Friends.
The special will feature some of Brett’s friends who appear on his album, like Darius Rucker and Maddie & Tae, as well as some friends who aren’t on the album.
“Just because of travel, we weren’t able to have all of the artists that sang on the record come be on the special, but we were able to fill those spots. And Boyz II Men weren’t on the record but Boyz II Men are on the Christmas special. And Gavin DeGraw is not on the record but he’s on the Christmas special. It was incredible, so I feel really honored and privileged and blessed to even have had the opportunity, but just like people that signed on to sing on the record, the people that signed on to come give two days of their time and be a part of the special, I just feel really honored that they would grace me with their time and their voices and their talent to make my first special as cool as it was.”
CMT Country Christmas: Brett Young & Friends airs on CMT beginning at 8 p.m.
