Dolly Parton Returning To NBC For Holiday Movie

Dolly Parton will return to NBC this holiday season for Dolly Parton’s Mountain Magic Christmas, described as a musical about the making of a TV special set at Dolly’s Tennessee theme park, Dollywood, according to People.com.

A press release from NBC said,

“This sentimental holiday movie takes viewers on a journey through time as Parton is visited by the Three Wise Men. The entertainer is taught valuable lessons, ultimately challenging her notions of the real magic of Christmas. “

Dolly Parton’s Magic Mountain Christmas is Dolly’s third TV film collaboration with NBC. Her previous releases were Dolly Parton’s Coat of Many Colors in 2015 and Dolly Parton’s Christmas of Many Colors: Circle of Love in 2016.
