Garth Brooks invited Scotty McCreery to become a member of the Grand Old Opry on Monday, December 4th.

The American Idol alum was onstage during his spotlight artist performance at the Opry Country Christmas show when Brooks appeared with a wrapped gift and an invite “to be the newest member of the Opry.”
