The Biggest Snubs Of The ACM Nominations
April 23, 2024 8:45 amThe ACM Awards Nominations were announced recently and Luke Combs led the field with 8 total.
But on the flip side, there were a few shocking snubs . . .
1. Nate Smith’s song “World on Fire” was not nominated for Single of the Year. This song spent 10 weeks at number one!
2. Chris Stapleton’s song “White Horse” was not nominated for anything. This is Chris’s fastest-rising radio hit and it won two Grammys.
3. Bailey Zimmerman didn’t get any love either. He was up for the New Male category last year, but this year… nothing.
4. Carly Pearce not being a top-five female artist is pretty shocking. Also, her collab with Chris Stapleton on “We Don’t Fight Anymore” not being nominated for Vocal Event is a pretty big snub too.
5. Warren Zeiders wasn’t nominated for New Male Artist when he just won the same award at the CMTs. Those that were nominated over him are Ernest, Kameron Marlowe, Dylan Scott, Conner Smith, and Nate Smith.
