Morgan Wallen Won’t Appear At His Court Date Today

Morgan Wallen’s big court date is today in Nashville and apparently, he won’t even be there.

According to his attorney, Morgan is waiving his right to appear in court.

Morgan is charged with felony reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct for throwing a chair from a rooftop bar last month that missed Metro Police officers, by only a few feet.

It’s also convenient for him because he started a three-night tour stop at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville last night, and it continues tonight and tomorrow night.
