Lainey Wilson Wins At MusicRow Awards

“MusicRow” magazine just announced the winners of the 36th annual MusicRow Awards.  These awards honor not just the singers and songwriters, but also the producers, labels, and the individual musicians themselves.

The most notable win was in the biggest category of the night, Entertainer of the Year.  The nominees were:  Luke Combs . . . Cody Johnson . . . Jelly Roll . . . Chris Stapleton . . .

Morgan Wallen . . . and Lainey Wilson.

And wouldn’t you know it, Lainey beat those other five boys and took down the prize.  Here are some other winners:

Song of the Year:  “Dirt Cheap” written by Josh Phillips, performed by Cody Johnson.

Discovery Artist of the Year:  Zach Top

Breakthrough Artist of the Year:  Shaboozey

Group/Duo of the Year:  Old Dominion

Female Artist of the Year:  Lainey Wilson

Male Artist of the Year:  Jelly Roll
