Ella Langley Struggling With Her Mental Health

Ella Langley is fresh off of a huge night at the ACMs, but she just admitted that she’s having a tough time mentally.

“Last week was actually one of the toughest mental health weeks I’ve had in a long time. Which is crazy because so many good things are happening that I’ve dreamed about and prayed about . . . And it’s okay to be two things.”

She also talked a little bit about imposter syndrome being in the same category as Lainey Wilson and Miranda Lambert.

At the ACMs, Ella won New Female Artist of the Year, and for “I Think You Love Me” with Riley Green she won Single of the Year, Music Event of the Year, and Visual Media of the Year.

But it just goes to show you that mental health battles can come at any time.
