Betsy Welsh, age 82 of Petrolia and Simcoe passed away on Monday, December 30, 2019.

A funeral service for Betsy Welsh will be held at Needham-Jay Funeral Home, 4059 Petrolia Line, Petrolia on Friday, January 3, 2020 at 11am. Visitation will be held at the Needham-Jay Funeral Home prior to the service from 10am – 10:45am. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Parkinson Canada.
