Cecil Popen (Age 87)

Cecil Popen, age 87 passed away on Monday, December 8th, 2025.

A funeral service will be held at The D. J. Robb Funeral on Friday, December 12th at 11am. Visitation at the funeral home on Thursday between the hours of 6pm – 8pm and again on Friday morning at 10am until the service time.

For those wishing to, donations left to The Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
