Should the exhibitor cancel the contract after February 14th they&#8217;ll be liable for the total amount of the payment.<\/li>\n<li>All cancellations must be confirmed by Blackburn Media Inc. in writing and the effective date will be the date the notification is recieved.<\/li>\n<li>Blackburn Media Inc. and Venue aren&#8217;t liable for damage\/or injury to the exhibitor, agents, employees or the property of the Exhibitor occuring in the building\/grounds.<\/li>\n<li>The Exhibitor agress to use the table provided only for the display of the products or services specified in this agreement and agrees not to sublet the psace unless written authorization is provided by Blackburn Media Inc.<\/li>\n<li>Blackburn Media Inc. reserves the right to reject, prohibit exhibits or the relocate exhibits when in its opinion such moves are necessary to maintain the character and\/or good order of the show. No monies will be returned to the exhibitors under these conditions.<\/li>\n<li>The Exhibitor\u2019s property will be placed on display and exhibited at their own risk and Blackburn Media Inc. will assume no responsibility for stolen, broken or damage to their property in or around the venue.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The Exhibitor agrees that no display will be dismantled or abandoned or goods removed prior to 4pm SUNDAY February 21st, 2027.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The Exhibitor agrees to remove all items from the venue by the final move out time. A failure to do so could result in additional costs paid by the Exhibitor.<\/li>\n<li>The Exhibitor can NOT apply tape, paint, chalk, tacks, lacquer or ANY other adhesives to venue walls, columns or floors!<\/li>\n<li>The Exhibitor is laible for any damage they have caused to the venue, including floors, doors, walls, columns, tables, linens and parking lot(s)<\/li>\n<li>The Exhibitor agrees to maintain qualified personnel in the display at all times during the show hours.<\/li>\n<li>Only vendors who attend the show will receive the list of the attending participants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The Exhibitor has the right to cancel the agreement prior to February 10th, however they&#8217;ll forfiet the 20% deposit.
