Trace Adkins is set to start in a new television series on Fox called “Monarch”, and he said things are a little different this time around.<\/p>\n
“I pull a gun in this, but I don’t actually shoot anybody. I think that may be a first for me in a Western. I have shot people in every one, I think.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Trace has a leading role as the “reigning king of country music” and the star of a show usually doesn’t die, and that’s also the case here.<\/p>\n
“I didn’t get killed in this one either, which is unusual. I’ve been getting killed in every movie I do for the last couple of years, but they didn’t kill me in this one.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
“Monarch” also stars Susan Sarandon as Trace’s wife.<\/p>\n
It premieres on January 30th on Fox after the NFC championship game.<\/p>\n
