She&#8217;s due in May.<\/p>\n<p>They never went public with the pregnancy, and this may be why. She&#8217;s accusing him of &#8220;inappropriate marital conduct&#8221; and &#8220;adultery.&#8221; The documents also state that she &#8220;believes all hopes of reconciliation are exhausted.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>She&#8217;s asking for alimony, child support, and primary custody of the baby.<\/p>\n<p>The couple started dating in 2008 and had an on-and-off relationship that inspired his 2014 album, &#8220;Montevallo&#8221;, which is named after Hannah&#8217;s Alabama hometown.<\/p>\n<p>He famously made seven trips to Hawaii to lock her down permanently.
