First this summer, and then fully open by the end of the year.<\/p>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"insta-iframe\" src=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/C2tRmqKu-st\/embed\/captioned\" width=\"auto\" height=\"auto\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display:inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height:0;\"  class=\"mce_SELRES_start\"><\/span><\/iframe>\n<p>And in other Luke news, he\u2019s been talking about how he&#8217;d LOVE to connect with Tracy Chapman, especially after the success of &#8220;Fast Car&#8221;, which she originally released 35 YEARS ago.<\/p>\n<p>She&#8217;s been gracious about the cover, but she&#8217;s stayed out of the spotlight and hasn&#8217;t performed in public in YEARS.
