Country star Megan Moroney appeared on the July 31st episode of Alex Cooper\u2019s popular Call Her Daddy podcast and\u00a0finally addressed the Morgan Wallen relationship rumours head-on.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s what I\u2019ll tell you though, because I haven\u2019t told anyone this ever. We were friends for a long time. We were not just friends. Moroney revealed that she first met Wallen back in 2020, before the Covid pandemic, and clarified again that the two country singers were \u201cnever officially dating,\u201d and are just friends now.<\/p>\n
Cooper questioned how the two could keep their former fling secret, especially with them both in the public eye.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s not that hard. I feel like he\u2019s a very private person. Because he\u2019s such a private person, it just feels, like, awkward talking about it.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
