That is my goal. And I don&#8217;t care how long it takes me to get there . . . I&#8217;m going to do it.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>And she knows it&#8217;s going to take a lot of work. So, one way she likes to prep her band is an idea she stole from Kid Rock.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;My roommate, Trey Lewis, he was on tour with Kid Rock [for] a year, and he said that he records his whole show. [And then] he goes back in his greenroom and then makes his band watch the tape immediately afterwards . . . and they go through their show, just like a football game.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>So now Ella and her band watch &#8220;game film&#8221; of their own concerts, in order to get better.
