Pollstar<\/strong><\/a> just revealed the most popular touring acts of the millennium, and Kenny Chesney is the only country artist in the top ten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He came in at #7 with more than 18 million tickets sold since 2001. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“When I got the news, I was shocked. \u00a0I only really think about all those faces smiling, laughing, singing. To think we played to over 18 million people since 2001 is mind-blowing for a kid from East Tennessee.”<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

And of course, No Shoes Nation got a shoutout.  Kenny said the passion of his fans is what keeps everything moving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The only two other country artists to make the Top 25 list were\u00a0Luke Bryan\u00a0at #20 and Toby Keith at #23.\u00a0 Luke sold 10 million tickets, and Toby sold 9.3 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Does this mean George Strait has passed the baton?  Because, as far as the 21st century goes, Kenny is king. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, Kenny’s social media announcement about the newly available signed \u2018HEART*LIFE*MUSIC\u2019 books took a humorous turn when his dog,\u00a0Poncho, interrupted. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As Chesney noted previous copies had sold out, Poncho voiced his disapproval, prompting him to restart the video and give fans another chance at the holiday edition.<\/p>\n\n\n
