Despite the news, he remains upbeat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Right now I feel great,&#8221; Kelley told fans. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The condition is currently considered incurable but can enter long-lasting remission with treatment.
