\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0No purchase is necessary to enter.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0<\/b> The Xplornet contest (\u201cContest\u201d) commences\u00a012:00AM\u00a0EST on\u00a0August 17, 2020\u00a0and ends\u00a011:59PM\u00a0EST on\u00a0September 13, 2020 (the \u201cContest Period\u201d).\u00a0\u00a0 To enter the Contest, visit the Contest website at\u00a0<\/span>mix967.ca\/contests\/2020\/07\/xplornet-contest\/<\/span><\/a> during the Contest Period and follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit the online entry form. All entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means including use of any automated system to participate, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of these Contest rules and regulations may be disqualified.\u00a0 All entry forms submitted become the property of the Sponsors and will not be returned.\u00a0 Limit of one entry per person permitted during the Contest Period.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0The Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of Xplornet Communications Inc. and\u00a0Blackburn Radio Inc.\u00a0(the \u201cSponsors\u201d) and their respective affiliates, distributors, dealers, marketing representatives, printers, advertising or promotional agencies, or any other organization associated with the Contest are not eligible to participate.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0One grand prize is to be awarded consisting of $150 Gift Certificate to\u00a0<\/span>Colasanti\u2019s Tropical Gardens<\/span><\/a>.\u00a0Gift Certificate is subject to terms and conditions of the issuer. The Sponsors reserve the right to substitute any Prize in whole or in part for a prize of equal or greater value in the event that any component of a Prize is unavailable for any reason. Prize must be accepted as awarded and no substitutions, except as identified above, will be made. Prize may not be sold, transferred or assigned and not convertible to cash. Limitations may apply.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0The winner of the Contest will be selected in a random draw conducted by Blackburn Radio Inc.\u00a0of all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.\u00a0 The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.\u00a0 The random drawing will take place at 9:00AM EST\u00a0on September 14, 2020.\u00a0 The Sponsors will attempt to notify the selected entrant by telephone within 7 days of the draw.\u00a0 In order to be declared a winner, the selected entrant must unaided correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question and, within 10 days, complete and return to Blackburn Radio Inc.\u00a0a contest eligibility and liability\/publicity release confirming compliance with these rules and regulations, releasing the Sponsors and their respective directors, shareholders, officers and agents from all liability and, except where prohibited by law, permitting the Sponsors to use the selected entrant\u2019s name, address (city and province) and image, without compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media now known or hereafter devised, including the Internet,\u00a0in any publicity carried out by the Sponsors.<\/span>\u00a0<\/b>Selected entrant must also provide proof of identity (photocopy of Driver\u2019s License, Passport or any other government-issued photo identification).\u00a0 In the event that the selected entrant is not eligible for any reason, has not correctly answered the skill-testing question or cannot be contacted after two business days of the first attempt to contact the selected entrant, such entrant shall be disqualified and the Sponsors shall have the right to select another entrant and the Sponsors shall be released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in this regard.\u00a0 No correspondence will be made except with the selected entrant.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0By entering the Contest, entrants agree to abide by these rules and regulations, and further agree that the decisions of the Sponsors are final.\u00a0 The Sponsors reserve the right\u00a0at any time without prior notice to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest for any reason.\u00a0 The Sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering or disrupting the online entry process or the operation of the Contest or acting in violation of these rules.\u00a0 The Sponsors do not assume any responsibility for any lost, delayed, incorrect or incomplete entry information howsoever caused.
