The Bachelorette<\/span><\/i> is getting a shakeup none of us expected. ABC has had to cast a new lead for season 16!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Original Bachelorette Clare Crawley is said to have found love with one of the contestants during the off-weeks.<\/p>\n

Roughly two weeks into filming, production came to a halt. We are told that we will still see the weeks with Clare when Season 16 airs.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

She has been replaced with <\/span>Tayshia Adams<\/a>. This was *somewhat* revealed in the first official promo for the show.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Tayshia comes from Season 23 of the Bachelor (Colton Underwood<\/a>‘s season).<\/p>\n

It features Clare appearing to prepare for an interview, however the lights being out alluded to her being replaced.<\/p>\n

Some of the men were recast as well. There will be 42 contestants and of that list, 25 were new names and 17 stayed from the\u00a0<\/span>original contestant pool.<\/span><\/p>\n

Of course, Matt James has also been removed from the contender list, since he\u2019s been cast as the next Bachelor.<\/span><\/p>\n
