{"id":9926,"date":"2021-08-13T08:43:08","date_gmt":"2021-08-13T12:43:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/briwebapp.net\/chyrfm\/?p=9926"},"modified":"2021-08-13T08:43:08","modified_gmt":"2021-08-13T12:43:08","slug":"a-major-step-towards-britneys-freedom-jamie-spears-has-agreed-to-step-away-as-her-conservator","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/briwebapp.net\/chyrfm\/blogs\/mornings\/2021\/08\/a-major-step-towards-britneys-freedom-jamie-spears-has-agreed-to-step-away-as-her-conservator\/","title":{"rendered":"A MAJOR Step Towards Britney&#8217;s Freedom: Jamie Spears Has Agreed To Step Away As Her Conservator!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For my fellow followers of the <strong>#FreeBritney<\/strong> movement, this story is for you:<\/p>\n<p>On Thursday, <strong>Britney Spears&#8217;<\/strong> father<strong> Jamie Spears<\/strong> has agreed to step down as her conservator.<\/p>\n<p>This comes about a month after she delivered a shocking and heartbreaking statement in court for the first time in her entire conservatorship (I&#8217;ve attached the &#8220;leaked&#8221; audio of that below).<\/p>\n<p>His lawyers say that there are\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cno actual grounds for suspending or removing\u201d him from his daughter\u2019s conservatorship, but he has agreed to do so.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>He has controlled her affairs since the conservatorship was established back in 2008 following her &#8220;physical and mental breakdown&#8221;, and he maintains that it has always been in her best interest.<\/p>\n<p>While this is a huge step toward her freedom, this does not mean that the fight is over.<\/p>\n<p>In her court address, she stated that she believes the conservatorship should be dissolved altogether.
