I first met Chris Spaleta several years ago … 2013 I think, while doing a play with Goderich Little Theatre. He’s a wonderful actor and these days he spends his time being a husband and father, a writer, farmer and is the Executive Director of Eat Local Huron<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n The McQuail name has been part of our community for decades and for some reason we’ve run into Katrina McQuail a number of times in recent months. It was a bit of an “aha” moment when I realized she was Tony and Fran’s daughter. Tony and Fran started\u00a0Meeting Place Organic Farm<\/strong><\/a> in 1973.<\/p>\n To find out more about these two friends and the journey that led to their lives in farming and with Eat Local Huron<\/a><\/strong> … I’m going to make you listen to the podcast. It was a highly enjoyable discussion for Milli and I.
