These are the people on the front lines of the war we&#8217;re all fighting against mental illness.<\/p>\n<p>I was pleased to have Rikki Moffatt and Angie Busby-Bross in the studio this week.\u00a0Rikki\u2019s daughter Lexi, was a beautiful and talented 17 year old who we lost tragically in 2018. As a result of her death, a friend of hers wanted to take his grief and do something good to bring awareness and to\u00a0 change the stigma around mental health. #lextalknlisten sprouted from that awareness bike ride, so people could follow and post about his journey that day.
