with their families, face many areas of change. Throughout the age range of 16 to 21, these
individuals require a different level of planning as they transition into another phase of life, into an “adult world”. Finding the required specialized resources to enable these young adults to access meaningful work, financial assistance, volunteer opportunities and other vocational pursuits is key.

Planning for Success, Preparing Now for the Future provides access to many key resources. By meeting local agencies, accessing information about local services and providing time for young adults to explore and ask questions, they are able to make decisions about what would best suit them during this transition period.
