Brett Young<\/a>\u00a0is set to perform on ABC’s\u00a0The Bachelor<\/em>\u00a0next week.<\/p>\n

The country star will perform his Top 15 hit “Here Tonight” on Monday, Feb. 18 at 8PM ET. The performance was pre-recorded, filmed at the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Denver \u2014 it’s a song Young co-wrote\u00a0with writers Ben Caver, Justin Ebach and\u00a0Lady Antebellum’s Charles Kelley.<\/span><\/p>\n

The announcement came on Valentine’s Day on Thursday, Feb. 14, and Young was thinking about his wife, Taylor.<\/p>\n

“Thank you for making me the luckiest boy in the world … There is no doubt in my mind that forever will not be near long enough for me to fully express to you how much I love you.”<\/p>\n

Brett wrote: “To my valentine \"?\" Thank you for making me the luckiest boy in the world. You’re the most incredible human I’ve ever known.
