Christmas for Carrie Underwood hasn\u2019t changed that much from when she was a young girl.<\/p>\n
Carrie said some of her Christmas traditions include a lot of travelling to visit her family and her husband Mike Fisher\u2019s family.<\/p>\n
And even though she’s a vegetarian, Carrie is still willing to cook a turkey for the rest of her family.<\/p>\n
\u201cMy perfect Christmas, generally we do a lot of travelling around Christmas. We\u2019ll go see either my family or my husband\u2019s family,\u201d says Carrie. \u201cI\u2019ll spend all day cooking. I\u2019ll make a small turkey, even though I don\u2019t eat turkey. I\u2019ll make myself some tofurkey; cranberry sauce, of course. Of course, sweet potato casserole. You have to have that. That\u2019s one of my favorites because it\u2019s a side dish and dessert, but I\u2019ll just make a ridiculous amount of food. Just celebrate, have a fire, we wait for Santa and open our presents, then we\u2019re off to see the next group of family.
