{"id":19330,"date":"2022-05-03T19:00:22","date_gmt":"2022-05-03T23:00:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/briwebapp.net\/cjwffm\/?p=19330"},"modified":"2022-05-04T05:39:05","modified_gmt":"2022-05-04T09:39:05","slug":"carly-pearce-on-performing-at-the-country-music-hall-of-fame","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/briwebapp.net\/cjwffm\/blogs\/country-music-news\/2022\/05\/carly-pearce-on-performing-at-the-country-music-hall-of-fame\/","title":{"rendered":"Carly Pearce On Performing At The Country Music Hall Of Fame"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Carly Pearce had the honour of being asked to perform one of The Judds&#8217; hits during their induction into the Country Music Hall of Fame on Sunday, May 1st.<\/p>\n<p>She was invited as a surprise guest for the mother\/daughter duo a few months ago, but in light of Naomi Judd&#8217;s sudden and unexpected death on Saturday, April 30th, everything got changed around at the last minute.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI love the Judds, and in light of what happened, I certainly didn\u2019t think that the ceremony would go on, but I think that\u2019s such a testament to the strength of the Judds daughters, Ashley and Wynonna, just that they wanted to keep it going. And I got a call that Wynonna had a special request for someone to sing \u2018Grandpa.\u2019 And she didn\u2019t know that I was gonna be there.
