{"id":23057,"date":"2023-01-31T19:00:53","date_gmt":"2023-02-01T00:00:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/briwebapp.net\/cjwffm\/?p=23057"},"modified":"2023-01-31T11:06:41","modified_gmt":"2023-01-31T16:06:41","slug":"elle-king-on-what-inspired-her-album-title-come-get-your-wife","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/briwebapp.net\/cjwffm\/blogs\/country-music-news\/2023\/01\/elle-king-on-what-inspired-her-album-title-come-get-your-wife\/","title":{"rendered":"Elle King On What Inspired Her Album Title &#8220;Come Get Your Wife&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Elle King&#8217;s debut solo country album, Come Get Your Wife, just came out on Friday, January 27th.<\/p>\n<p>The project was co-produced by Elle and features 12 tracks, including her hit collaboration with Miranda Lambert, &#8220;Drunk (And I Don\u2019t Want To Go Home),&#8221; as well as her latest single, &#8220;Worth A Shot,&#8221; featuring Dierks Bentley.<\/p>\n<p>Elle said the album title came to her a while ago during an altercation at a concert.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;In the past 10 years of my life, the only fist fights I&#8217;ve ever gotten into were at concerts and it was usually sticking up for somebody else and that&#8217;s kind of what happened, you know?
